Lea's 4th Birthday Party

On Lea's real birthday on Wednesday, December 5th we had a small celebration. I hadn't bought birthday candles yet so we improvised.

Lea loved the present she got from Grandma and Grandpa - a super cute butterfly outfit and a Disney princess notepad.

Saturday morning started off right with a Barbie breakfast to begin her Barbie Birthday.

This is Aleena's masterpiece Barbie birthday cake for Lea.
She is four years old and an expert candle blower-outer.

Yummy Sugar High!

Lea feels like a princess in the new princess dress she got from her Nana. Jonah is the gentlemanly prince charming dancing with her. They were inspired to dance from the Barbie 12 dancing princesses movie that Lea got from Uncle David.

Opening Presents

One of Jonah's favorite parts of the party was the pinata. He has such a sweet tooth.
Some of Lea's treasured birthday gifts.
Aunt Cheryl gave Lea a beautiful Unicorn! Lea loved it!

Our Gingerbread House

This tradition of making a gingerbread house during the holidays started just two years ago at Grandma and Grandpa's house in California. Lea and Jonah were both old enough to really decorate this year.

Lea is hard at work.

Jonah is the gingerbread man king! He really enjoyed decorating these cookies, but I think he enjoyed eating the candy and icing even more!

Visits with Santa!

This visit with Santa was at our ward Christmas party.

Ho Ho Ho!

Lea and Jonah also got to see Santa at the mall. They took a train ride first. Chugga Chugga Choo Choo!
Lea and Jonah were so excited to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas. For Lea it was an Annaleise Barbie and Jonah wanted Spiderman and Diego.
