Jonah's baptism

We are so proud of this awesome kid! Jonah was baptized on January 5th, 2013. It was a great way to kick-off the new year. We are really pleased with the decision he made to get baptized and to receive the Holy Ghost and we know how it will bless his life. We were blessed to have lots of family there and the whole day was special. Afterwards, I asked Jonah how he felt when he got baptized. He said "Before I was baptized I felt like I was missing something. And after I was baptized I didn't feel like I was missing anything anymore." Very well said. Jonah is such a sweet boy and we love him very much!

New Year's Eve!

Here is Bapa babysitting on New Year's Eve!
Daniel and I went to a party at my sister's apartment. We played "Would You Rather" and Danielle had to stay in a pose that we put him in for two turns. Isn't he cute?  :)
Happy New Year! My we have lots of fun in 2013 and may this year be less crazy than the last!

Christmas Morning

Christmas morning we awoke to find our stockings full and presents under the tree!
These kids are my best presents ever! Emma was still asleep when we first began opening gifts. We didn't start too early thought. Not until 7:30am. I love their new pajamas. They got those the night before.

Opening presents was lots of fun! Sage and Sonja were with us too. :)

We always give a spiritual gift to each child and this year Lea and Jonah got little Children's Songbooks with all of the primary songs!

Toward the end of opening presents, Emma joined us.
Lea got this panda bear blanket/wrap thing and Jonah got a monkey one. They are so cute in them! Here was a sweet sister moment with Lea holding Emma.
The kids also got this marble set that Daniel spent 4 hours putting together for them. They sure do love it though!
Merry Christmas!

Boyer Family Christmas Eve Party

We had a fabulous Christmas Eve this year with the Boyer Family.
The yummy treats Lea and I made for the party.

These three girls are such close cousins! They are adorable together.
 Micah's ice tongue :)

Lea and Spencer played Mary and Joseph in the Nativity Program this year. Emma was baby Jesus. :)

Jonah and Micah were shepherds. It was so cute and very special to sing Christmas carols, and hear the Christmas Story narrated by Sage and acted out by these sweet children!

What a Wonderful Christmas Eve!
