Taran David Leighton's Baby Blessing
Taran is so cute and sweet! We had a lot of fun this special Easter Sunday. The blessing was beautiful and afterwards we had a great time with the Embree family as Kara's parents welcomed us to their home for a luncheon and Easter egg hunt for the kids.

We had an Easter egg hunt with the Boyer side. The kids love being with their cousins!
Easter Sunday was baby Taran's blessing in Idaho, so we stayed the night in a hotel on Saturday and the kids got Easter baskets Sunday morning in the hotel room!

Backpacking with Micah 10/2014

I had a great time hiking with Micah-bear. I was proud that this little guy packed his own sleeping bag, pad, headlamp, and coat in his own back pack. He hoofed a little over a mile up grove creek with me. We had elk meat tinfoil dinners, roasted marshmallows, had cookies and hit the sack. What a great little camper. He woke me at 7, we heated pop tarts and pumpkin muffins and packed up and headed home. Quick outing but a fun one.
