We had a wonderful visit with the Boyer family in Utah! The kids sang karaoke with Aunt Sage on our first day there.
On the 4th of July we were off to Bear Lake! First stop at the resort - the park!
Sarah, Lizzie, and Lea all had matching dresses for Independence day. Cute girls!
Dan and Sonja challenged Seth and Stan to a volleyball game! The Boyers are a competitive family who like to have fun!
At dark we watched fireworks down by the lake.
Jonah was our fireworks photographer and he had a lot of fun taking these fabulous photos.
While we were at Bear Lake we made sure to play at the pool. Often we go there to wash off from the beach a little bit.

All the kids love the water slide.
Micah brought his toy shark and had fun swimming with that.
Seth and Heidi are an adorable couple and they surprised us all by announcing they are pregnant with their fourth! Congratulations!
Micah was unsure about swimming with Daddy in the big pool at first.
But he started having more fun. He did prefer the kiddie pool though.
Sage shared her karaoke with the whole family up at Bear Lake! Fun karaoke night!
Even the grown-ups got in on the action.
Of course much of our time there was spent at the lake and the beach!
Dave tried the stand-up paddle board for the first time. Good job!
THE TRIATHALON
Dan and Seth didn't win the race, but they did win the most stylish award.
Ready, set, swim!
Seth was third out of the water! Way to go!
Lea was there to greet her Daddy after the swim portion of the race. Next was the bicycling which I actually participated in so I don't have pictures of the rest of the race. Daniel completed all three parts and finished his run at a much improved rate than last year! Great job honey!
VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT
Volleyball is Daniel's favorite sport and he had fun at this years tournament.
We also celebrated Sonja's birthday at Bear Lake this year! Happy Birthday Sonja! We love you!
Seth and Heidi are always introducing fun new games to the family. This year they taught us circle dodge ball. It was a lot of fun!
The kids always love the craft store! They made all kinds of fun things this year! Bird houses, airplanes, jewlery - so cute!
We were able to get some nice family pictures in front of the lake this year. Thanks to Sam the photographer!
The very last day we made one last trip to the craft store. Lea made a bracelet and Jonah painted a sailboat.
As always we loved our trip and we were sad to see it end!
