Church Christmas Party
Our ward Christmas party was a Zarahemla theme set back in the time of the birth of Jesus. The cultural hall of the church building was decorated awesomely by the super talented committee. Lea and Jonah got a picture with Bishop Clift in his Zarahemla attire.
There were at least a dozen of these little booths because the cultural hall was like a marketplace. They had very clever names for the booths, like "Levi's Title Company" where the kids made "Title of Liberty" scrolls. Of course they had delicious food at "Samuel's Fruit Stand" and "Malachi's Meat Market".
There was a short program where the Primary children sang and some of the men played the part of telling of the Savior's birth and the sign that was given in the Americas to the Nephites and Lamanites.
The kids really liked "Nephi's Broken Bow" where they got to do some target practice.
I can't remember the name of this booth but the kids also liked making these head bands.
