West Coast Fun with Nana and Bapa

I love that Dan is adventurous and really knows how to have fun. It was great to be able to spend time with him in the beautiful redwood forest! Don't we make a cute couple!?!

This is the circumference of the trunk of a redwood tree 1,029 years old!

Bapa and Jonah above and Roxanna below - enjoying the serenity of the forest.

So beautiful!

A centipede that we stopped to observe.

This is a toy snake - not a real one.

Hiking with Daddy and Baba

Doesn't the above picture of Lea remind you of the famous "Big Foot"/Sasquash photo?

My sexy mountain man!

The brave ones in the bunch balancing on a log.

Sweet Micah and Daddy.

Silly kids!

Lea is my water baby! She was the only one to brave the cold Northern California water on this very windy day at Stinson Beach.

Stan, Roxanna, Micah, and I relaxed and read on the beach.

The darn seagulls were annoying Roxanna while she read and attacking our bag of chips we had brought with no fear at all. We were the ones a little afraid of them!

Jonah LOVES to play in the sand, just like his Daddy!
Daniel, Lea, and Jonah built a fortress near the water's edge to see if it could withstand the waves as the tide came in! It was pretty strong and it protected Lea and Jonah from the water when they sat inside the fortress.

So much fun on the West Coast!

I'm so jelous that you live so close to the water. That's the thing that being in Hawaii made me miss the most. That Pacific coast. You all look great!
