We were so lucky to have Dan's best friend and cousin, Sam, come and visit us last weekend. It rained the whole time he was here, but Sam and Dan still went Kayaking at the beach on a foggy drizzly day and they also went to Muir Woods Redwood Forest and hiked around there.
The kids call him "Uncle Sam." We loved listening to him play guitar.
Lea even got a little guitar lesson.
We all had fun dancing to the music.
Here we are staying in playing games at night after the kids went to bed. It's about midnight and we are finishing up Rummikub.
Sam and Aleena look tired.
But Daniel is so happy that his cousin is here that he is still full of energy.
We had a great time with Sam.

I had such a wonderful time with you guys, Aleena. Thank you for taking such good care of me while I was there and sacrificing some of your time with Dan to let him hang out with me. You're the best :)
